I founded Only The Strong Fitness in 2010.  I am a nationally certified Athletic Trainer and Personal Trainer. I am also Level 1 Kettlebell certified and Pre/Post Natal certified.

My experience includes:

  • personal training – weight loss, physique and strength improvement, and injury rehabilitation
  • strength and conditioning clinics – training high school and college-age athletes, and adult part-time athletes
  • collegiate athletics – injury prevention and rehabilitation for football, basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, soccer, lacrosse, cross-country, equestrian, cheerleading, fencing, swimming/diving, wrestling, and rugby
  • physical therapy clinics – treating patients of all ages for various musculoskeletal injuries

I am available for personal training at gyms around Manhattan, or in your home gym.  I am also available for per diem athletic training coverage.  Schools and programs with which I have worked include: Yeshiva University, Pace University, Columbia University (and Business School), Rutgers University, Seton Hall University, Clifton High School, The Hewitt School, Basketball City, and Red Bull Soccer Camp.
